The customer journey

A driver looking for roadside assistance needs to understand the available help and find a contact option quickly. The project brought the existing website, its service information and advertising work into a more coherent customer journey.

Astra's role

Astra worked on the existing platform, updating the frontend and extending the service and language structure. Direct contact, practical information and the handoff to the business shaped the implementation.

Project scope

What we worked on

Frontend and mobile contact

Redesigned key website sections and service layouts, with prominent telephone and WhatsApp options and dedicated contact controls for mobile visitors.

Five-language core journeys

Extended the core website across Dutch, English, Arabic, French and German, including translated routes and a right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Service content and search foundations

Added journeys for roadside assistance, flat-tyre help and vehicle unlocking, alongside regional landing pages. Page metadata, canonical and language links, the sitemap, and business and FAQ structured data support content discovery.

Enquiries with useful context

Added a required location field and structured service enquiries. The contact flow prepares a WhatsApp message with the customer's details and situation for the business to follow up.

Price guidance and website answers

Added a service-based price calculator and a website assistant that retrieves answers from approved site information, with direct contact options when a visitor needs further help.

Google Ads support and event tracking

Supported Search advertising around towing, roadside assistance, recovery, flat tyres and vehicle transport. Added website events for phone-link clicks and enquiry-form actions.

Advertising and measurement

The advertising work connects service-specific ad groups with the website and contact-event reporting. The account review on 8 September 2026 confirmed a Search campaign with five ad groups covering roadside assistance, recovery, towing, flat tyres and vehicle transport.

A foundation for follow-up

The website records contact actions, such as a phone-link click or starting a WhatsApp enquiry. These events are a measurement foundation; confirmed calls, bookings and revenue need separate reporting.
